In recent years the lion’s share of marketing & CRM budgets has been allocated to digital & social channels, yet research shows that the response and return on investment is no match for ‘good old’ direct mail. There are many reasons why direct mail and door drop promotions have the edge, not least the ability they have to reach and engage with your future and current customers.
