Building Brands conference events just got even more affordable and sustainable for attendees, with a fantastic partnership with GWR.
GWR have been named as the Official Travel Partner for Building Brands, meaning that attendees can now claim discounted rail fares travelling to our events in Bristol, Exeter and Plymouth from a selection of stations across the GWR network including London Paddington.

How to book your tickets
Conference fares are only available at GWR.com/Conference Click the link or the button below, select your destination, and complete the form.
In the 'To' box, please make sure Plym Conference, Exeter Conf or Bristol Conf is selected as your destination, this will automatically add the discounted fare for you.
Select your travel dates, times, number of passengers and preferred class and click search.
You will then be able to see all available trains and continue to book as you normally would.
A more sustainable way to travel
Not only are the train fares now cheaper to our events, this also gives attendees a more sustainable way of traveling.
Rather than sit in traffic jams, spending money on petrol and car parking, “let the train take the strain”, and travel with friends or colleagues to the events.
Research now shows that replacing even one return car journey with a train trip can significantly reduce carbon emissions, a key factor in addressing climate change. According to the research from Campaign for Better Transport, a single round-trip car-to-train switch can save as much CO2 as four weeks of recycling or 55 loads of laundry washed at 30°C instead of 40°C. If all 42.3 million licensed drivers in Britain made just one car-to-train switch annually, it would save the same amount of carbon as turning off half of the UK’s streetlights for a year or insulating over 265,000 homes!
Terms of Use
Outbound tickets are fixed, times and dates cannot be changed. The return journey is fully flexible.
GWR conference fares are only available to delegates. You will be asked to produce a confirmation proving that you are eligible for this fare by the Train Manager. This could be your event registration e-mail for example.
Tickets are only available for use on Great Western Railway trains.
The conference fare is valid on a selection of journeys to our Building Brand events.
You will want to book travel to the following stations:
Bristol: Trains to Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway station
Exeter: Trains to Exeter St Davids, Exeter Central or Digby & Sowton
Plymouth: Trains to Plymouth Station
