Heading up Bigwave’s paid media department, managing a team of six paid media managers and executives, Gemma has held senior paid media management roles at agencies, including a luxury brand agency based in Monaco.

Gemma demonstrates a solid working knowledge of all major paid media platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat etc) as well as leading on programmatic buying and intelligent reporting.
